Subscription & Refund Policy

At ChatSyncs, we provide WhatsApp automation through subscription plans (Starter and Pro) and one-time Expert Services. This policy reflects the nature of automation services and the resources required to provision and maintain them. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the Platform before you are billed.

Non-Refundable Subscriptions

  • Once a billing period (monthly or annual) has started, it cannot be refunded.
  • Subscription services are provided on an as-is basis.
  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • One-time Expert Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Service Understanding

  • Results may vary based on your use case and WhatsApp's terms.
  • Service performance may be affected by third-party platform changes (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta policies).
  • WhatsApp conversation fees are charged directly by Meta and are separate from yourChatSyncs subscription; we pass Meta's rates through without markup.
  • By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that automation technology has inherent limitations.

Policy Overview

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
  • Use your 7-day free trial to confirm the Platform fits your needs before subscribing.
  • Unused subscription time cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Subscriptions are final sale and cannot be partially refunded.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting our team at support@chatsyncs.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for the current billing period. Your service remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
