Sell WhatsApp automation. Get paid every month it renews.
Refer a client once and earn commission on every renewal for as long as they stay. You start at 25% and climb to 40% automatically — while we handle the platform, onboarding, and every support ticket.
- Recurring — not one-time
- No monthly minimums or quotas
- Zero support workload for you
Refer clients. We run the platform. You get paid, every month.
No white-labelling, no reselling licences to buy, no support desk to staff. Three things are true about being a ChatSyncs partner:
You sell. We do the rest.
You have the client relationship and the sales conversation. We handle WABA setup, onboarding, training, and every support ticket after — so adding this service costs you no delivery capacity.
Income that compounds
Commission is paid on every renewal, not just the first sale. Ten clients referred over a year are still paying you in month twelve — this is recurring revenue you build once.
Your rate rises as you grow
Everyone starts at 25%. Cross 5 active customers and it goes up, and up again at 30, to 40%. Promotions are automatic and apply to your whole roster — nothing to request.
Why this actually sells
Not every add-on service is worth your attention. Here is the honest case for why WhatsApp automation is one that is.
It sells alongside what you already do
Every client running ads or managing a storefront already has leads arriving on WhatsApp and no system handling them. You are not opening a new conversation — you are solving the leak in the one you are already having.
It is the stickiest thing you can sell
Once automated follow-ups are closing sales, WhatsApp becomes the pipe the business runs on. Clients do not churn out of their own order flow — and your commission renews for as long as they stay.
Most of your competitors still can't offer it
Official WhatsApp Business API access takes approval, setup, and platform work most agencies never take on. Partnering gets you there this week instead of next year.
Revenue that isn't billed by the hour
Retainers stop when the work stops. Commission keeps arriving from clients you referred months ago, which makes it the rare agency income that does not compete with your team's capacity.
A reason for old clients to talk to you again
Your past client list is the fastest place to start. It is a genuinely useful thing to bring them, and it reopens relationships that have gone quiet without asking them for a retainer.
No risk if it doesn't work out
There are no monthly minimums, no quotas, no contracts, and nothing to buy upfront. If you refer one client and stop, you still get paid on that client every month they renew.
Everyone starts at 25%. Your roster takes you to 40%.
Your rate is decided by one thing only: how many active clients you have. Cross a threshold and the new rate applies to your entire roster automatically — there is no application, no negotiation, and no way to be moved back down while those clients stay active.

Rates apply to your whole roster, not just new clients — reaching a new tier raises what you earn on every client you have already referred.
That percentage is a budget, not your commission.
This is the one mechanic that is different from a normal affiliate scheme, and it exists to give you a way to win price-sensitive deals without asking us for permission. Your tier hands you a percentage of the client's payment to allocate — every point you do not spend on a discount is a point you keep.
Example — one client at Silver's 30% budget:
An even split is just one option — move the line anywhere you like, deal by deal. Spending more of the budget on a discount wins the deal; spending less means you keep more.
Not every deal needs a discount. Send your referral link instead of a coupon and the client signs up at full price, still attributed to you — so the entire budget stays with you as commission.
See what this is worth to you.
Three quick questions about the clients you could realistically refer. We do the rest of the maths and show you exactly how the number is reached.
Nothing here is a form — nothing is sent to us and nothing signs you up. Adjust the three steps below and watch the result at the bottom change.
How many clients could you refer?
This sets your tier. The more active clients you have, the larger a share of each payment you get to keep — so this slider changes your percentage, not just your total.
Which plan would they be on?
Your commission is a percentage of what your client actually pays, so a bigger plan means a bigger cheque for the same amount of selling.
How would you split your budget?
Here is the part that catches people out: your tier percentage is a budget, not your commission. You choose how much of it to give away as a discount to win the deal — whatever you do not spend is what you keep.
Discount you give the client
Of your 30% budget, 10% goes to the client and the remaining 20% is yours.
You would earn
₹3,491.66/mo
from 6 clients on Pro
Recurring — this arrives again every time these clients renew, for as long as they stay.
How we got to that number
- Pro plan, pre-GST
- ₹3,299.00
- Your discount to them (10%)
- − ₹329.90
- Client actually pays
- ₹2,969.10
- Payment processing (2%)
- − ₹59.38
- Left to share
- ₹2,909.72
- Your commission (20%) — per client
- ₹581.94
- × 6 clients, per month
- ₹3,491.66
Plan price is pre-GST — your client pays 18% GST on top of this, which never comes out of your share.
An estimate, not a quote. It assumes every client is on the same plan and discount — a real roster is usually a mix. Once you are a partner, your dashboard tracks the real figure renewal by renewal.
Three things worth understanding before you join
The pricing lever you control, how you get paid, and exactly where your responsibility ends and ours begins.
A budget you spend however the deal needs
Your tier gives you a percentage of every client's payment to work with — 25% on day one. What makes it useful is that you decide, deal by deal, how much of it to hand over as a discount to win the client and how much to keep as your own commission.
- Price-sensitive prospect? Spend part of the budget as a discount to close them
- No discount needed? Keep the entire percentage as commission for yourself
- Either way the client is attributed to you, and you get paid on every renewal

onboards & supports
You never have to chase what you're owed
Every renewal posts to your ledger the moment it is paid, so there is no invoicing us, no reconciling, and no wondering whether a client actually renewed this month. Open the dashboard and the number is already there.
- Every renewal itemised by customer, plan and date — filter it however you like
- Live tier progress showing exactly how many customers until your rate goes up
- Request a payout in one click once you clear ₹5,000 / $100 — no bank details upfront
You add a service without adding workload
The usual reason agencies avoid selling software is that they end up owning the support. Here you do not: your client talks to our team directly for WABA approval, template rejections, and everything after — while you stay copied in and keep the relationship.
- We run WABA setup, verification and onboarding for every client you send
- Technical questions go to our support team, never to your inbox
- No white-labelling to maintain and no product training to sit through
Four steps, and the first one is a conversation
There is no public signup form. Partner accounts are set up by our team after a short call, usually within the same week.
Have a short call
Roughly 20 minutes. You tell us about your agency and the clients you work with, we answer your questions. There is no application form and no approval queue.
Get your login and referral link
We set up your partner dashboard the same week, starting you at the 25% budget, with a referral link and discount coupons ready to send.
Send your first client
Share your link, or a coupon if you are giving a discount. The signup is attributed to you automatically and we take over onboarding from there.
Get paid, every renewal
Commission posts to your ledger each time that client pays. Once you clear ₹5,000 / $100, request a payout in one click — and your rate rises on its own as your roster grows.
